Monet is most famous for his painting of waterlilies! Drawing and coloring water can be tricky- so marker tie-dye is a great trick to get a watery effect! For the Tie-Dye You Will Need: White paper, markers, tin foil, spray-bottle full of water
For the Waterlilies You Will Need: Green paper, scissors, glue, tissue paper (or get creative and use what you have around your house: tissues, magazine clippings, cloth scraps etc)
Activity 2: Draw Monet's Japanese Bridge
One of Claude Monet's favorite things to paint was his Japanese Bridge. Follow the draw-along below to make your own version!
If you have crayons and watercolor paints at home try drawing your picture in crayon first! Then watercolor over it to create a resist!
